The global humanitarian aid sector is broken. Every year, out of the $800 billion deployed for global philanthropy, a staggering $320 billion is lost to fraud, friction, and administrative waste. The industry has been forced to rely on “autopsy analysis”—waiting on annual 990 tax reports to see where funds went months after the fact.
At HumaTek, we decided to stop waiting for a solution and build it ourselves. We are proud to announce that the foundation is laid, our proof of concept is verified, and our ecosystem is ready for the world.
The Product: The Glass Box Standard
We are introducing the end of the “Black Box” era. Through our flagship SaaS platform, HumaDash, we are delivering revolutionary, real-time aid transparency. Every transaction is tracked, traced, and recorded on an immutable blockchain ledger. This is a global map of accountability where anyone can see—instantly and in real-time—how crisis relief and fundraiser capital is deployed using proven data, bookkeeping, photos, and videos.
To bridge the human gap, we are also launching HumaClub, a platform designed to connect the entire philanthropic supply chain: from the donors funding the mission, to the NGOs facilitating it, down to the boots-on-the-ground volunteers doing the heavy lifting.
Our Foundation: Community Proof of Work
Before we asked the world to trust our technology, we proved our mission in our own backyard. Over the past year, HumaTek has proudly supported and sponsored the following initiatives in the Tampa Bay area and beyond:
Direct Community Relief: We funded a 3,000-person meal program in partnership with A Servant’s Way and Station House BBQ, provided a $26,000 donation to Redefining Refuge, and supported New Life Warehouse in their mission to provide transitional housing and poverty relief.
Health & Youth Initiatives: We sponsored two Cars & Couture Tampa events benefiting Jacob’s Touch (Autism awareness). We also supported the Vic Tipnes Toy Drive at the Tampa Jet Center, and sponsored golf tournaments for A Kids Place, and the Movember tournament for men’s health.
Veterans & Arts: We stood behind our veterans by sponsoring the 13 Ugly Men event for Wounded Warriors and supported local culture through the Jason Skeldon Art Shows in September and December 2025.
National Recognition & The Oscars 2026
Our commitment to bridging the gap between commerce and charity has not gone unnoticed. In addition to sponsoring the Tampa Bay Business and Wealth (TBBW) Philanthropists of the Year Awards and two Tampa Bay Connects Business Expos—where I was deeply honored to be featured in the “Innovators Mindset” section—we are taking HumaTek to the global stage.
This March, HumaTek has the distinct honor of being an official sponsor at the 98th Academy Awards (Oscars 2026) Luxury Lounge Gifting Suite in Beverly Hills, California. We are bringing the message of transparent and efficient humanitarian aid directly to the world’s most influential voices.
The Next Step: March 2026 Listing
With our infrastructure built and our mission verified, I am incredibly proud to announce that HumaCoin ($HUMC) will officially list in March 2026, beginning with PancakeSwap, followed by subsequent platform integrations in the coming months.
